Biography

Hello! My name is Sebastian and I’m a Full-Stack developer from Argentina. I studied at Microverse, a school that focuses on creating weekly deadline projects in a remote multicultural pair programming ambient.

Before becoming a developer, I went to Facultad de Ciencias Exactas from 2012 to 2018. Then, I started my career in the field of optometry, where I got used to working with tight deadlines while taking care of my patients. I had to constantly adapt to new technologies and analyze complex data, so this has prepared me well for a career in software development.

Since joining Microverse in 2022, I’ve created several website projects in JavaScript, React, and Rails with a focus on user experience and performance.

Throughout 2023 and 2024, I worked as a Front-End Developer, collaborating with various companies and fellow developers to create several websites.
I gained invaluable insights and expanded my knowledge of web development, while learning project management strategies.

Token Deal is an innovative auction platform where users can bid on a variety of assets.

Each bid restarts a 10-second timer. The last bidder when the timer runs out wins the item. It´s an exciting way to win great deals!

SCPC-SAPEL

Front-End Developer (May 2023 - September 2023)

The goal was to create a website that allows company users to review, create and edit different commercial invoices.

The website consists of multiple pages for different periods of the year. Users can export the invoices to an Excel file and make calculations by either selecting all or just some specific rows. The admin can create new users and manage their permissions.

Stack: React, Redux, RTK Query, MaterialUI and TailwindCSS.

METAMA

Front-End Developer (September 2023 - December 2023)

I worked as part of a team of five people. The objective was to create an application that allows students to apply for various scholarships. To do this, students must upload their documentation.

The website has an exclusive dashboard for agents, from which they can accept or reject applications, as well as edit student data. They can also communicate with students, for example, if their documentation needs to be updated.

Stack: React, RTK Query, MaterialUI and TailwindCSS.

ECOCHART

This is a MERN stack admin dashboard that provides a comprehensive overview of product data, client information, and sales statistics through intuitive graphics and data tables. Users can navigate through detailed visual representations of key metrics, enabling quick insights into product performance, client demographics, and sales trends.

Software-as-a-Service app with AI features, payments, and credits system. It uses Clerk for authorization and Stripe for payments. User can perform actions like restore image, remove background, recolor image, generative fill, among others.

Mobile app built with React Native for smooth user experiences, Animatable for appealing animations, and coupled with the solid backend systems of Appwrite. It allows user to share and upload videos made with AI, and save their favourites to bookmarks.

This is a Car rental app that allows users to search a list of cars available and rent them, choosing a starting and a returning date. Admins can add and remove brands or cars, and cancel reservations.
